1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the betbtb website located at https://betbtb.org, its mobile interface, all associated betting and casino services, promotional programmes, and any related platforms operated under the betbtb brand (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betbtb ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted every provision of this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

Access to betbtb is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through identity verification procedures.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to betbtb's services is unlawful under applicable laws.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of betbtb, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended betbtb account.
• You are not registering for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

betbtb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Management and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the betbtb Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through any other method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbtb account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. betbtb will never ask you for your full password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

betbtb cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All bets placed and transactions processed through a verified account login session are considered valid, regardless of whether the account holder authorised those specific actions.

betbtb reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct that we determine to be contrary to the fair and lawful operation of the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

betbtb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at betbtb's discretion, and updated information will be reflected on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Attempting to deposit using another person's bKash wallet, bank account, or card will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the associated funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your betbtb account balance within seconds for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one to three business days for bank transfers.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) following successful completion of applicable wagering requirements. Bank card withdrawals may take one to five business days depending on the issuing institution. betbtb does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

betbtb reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account has not previously been verified, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity. All funds deposited with betbtb are held separately from company operational funds and are used solely to facilitate player account balances.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

betbtb offers a variety of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games within the stated validity period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity window will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.

The following activities may void a bonus and result in the removal of associated winnings from a player account:

• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome (arbitrage or hedging) to reduce risk and guarantee profit regardless of result.
• Using bonus funds on games or betting markets that are explicitly excluded from the promotion terms.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate bonus play outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets while a bonus is active.

betbtb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to any amendment will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their initial opt-in.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the betbtb Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with betbtb's published cricket betting rules, which account for match abandonment, weather interruptions, DLS method application, and other contingencies specific to the game of cricket.

betbtb operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of corrupt wagering. Any player found to have placed bets based on non-public information, or to have been party to any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of an event, will have their account permanently closed, all funds confiscated, and the matter reported to the relevant sporting and legal authorities.

For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer results, as applicable. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, betbtb will apply the resolution procedure specified in the relevant game provider's rules. If no valid game round result can be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

betbtb reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or erroneous odds caused by a pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any void and their stakes refunded to their account balance promptly.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

betbtb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain healthy habits. Players are encouraged to make use of these features proactively rather than waiting until a problem has developed. Available tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total funds you may deposit into your betbtb account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betbtb Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betbtb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any betbtb content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of betbtb intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betbtb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: technical failures, server downtime, data transmission errors, third-party payment processing delays, or any interruption to game or betting services.

betbtb does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, and external infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. betbtb will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever practicable.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits betbtb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

betbtb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the betbtb Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which betbtb is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through betbtb's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an independent adjudication body as determined by the applicable governing law.
